I think Nick at "Hughes Appraisals, LLC" is simply everything you want in a property appraisal. 1.) Timely 2.) Thorough 3.) Neutral opinions that do not mislead or bias towards an overvalued property. In other words, no BS and false hopes. 4.) A practical yet comprehensive report Nick genuinely uses timely communications throughout the process. His flexibility was also very reassuring. He is focused during the appraisal and double checks measurements. We live in a condo building and sure enough, Nick researched the amenities throughout the building and did a walk around of the immediate neighborhood. Moreover, he understands location and relation to other properties, commercial businesses, public amenities, etc. Equally important, Nick did numerous comparisons with other similar properties nearby, as well as a deeper, historical analysis of past appraisals of our unit. My wife and I value such longer term research and comparisons. When we refinanced our condo unit, Nick's appraisal sailed through with flying colors. Our credit union stated that Nick's appraisal was in the class of the best appraisals they review on a daily basis. We will use "Hughes Appraisals, LLC" again. We look forward to seeing Nick when it is time to sell our unit.
